I've never had such good customer service and care at a dentist before! My son goes here as he's very nervous, I just wish I did when I was young aswell. All staff very friendly and helpful, took great care of my Son and made him feel very relaxed!

I tried today on 25/08/2021 at 4 pm to make an appointment for an dentist. After a long ringing at the main entrance, I was forced to enter through the back entrance to ask. I was told to look for another dentist in the city center because I did not have any registration. I was not explained how to make this registration, but I have one with the NHS (12 yers). I will definitely look for another dentist for such a service.Kind Regards

While calling through telephone and trying to register, they said it’s specialized clinic and don’t register. No details of Dentist nothing.

To everyone leaving one star reviews because they can’t register, that isn’t fair. This is a community referral only dentist and/or emergency referral for 111. You can’t walk in and try to register and then leave a 1* review! That’s so unfair as these dentists are kind, attentive and amazing at what they do!
