Uncomfortable visit from start to finish. Horrible experience from start to finish-Staff and security guard were like vultures, I was watched and trailed by 3 staff members and the security guard, as I talked to one member of staff, (I was trying to buy a birthday present fragrance)I was polite, and left and wouldn’t be back. I walked 2 minutes and entered Boots and bought my fragrance there, staff in boots were lovely, accommodating, and I felt at ease.

Assistant sold me the wrong item.She told Me it was 65 pounds. Went to checkout and it was 35. She said oh it just be on sale.Now I have an item I don't need (now opened)Won't go back.

Not good. Security guard eye balling me looking at and smelling after shave constantly and apparently so did manager looking lady although I didn’t notice.I paid for my purchase and left and set off the security alarm on exiting to be pounced on by security guard. I did point out he had just stared at me paying at cash desk and it was their fault. 20 apologies followed quite rightly I think partly as I was quite angry but while staff interaction at till was nice it was not an experience that put me at ease Wouldn’t return

The store did not issue a receipt for the purchase today. The staff members came up with some lame excuse ! Terrible service….Would not recommend.
