We were torn whether we wanted to attend a traditional antenatal course or a hypnobirthing course, so the main draw was this covered both. I did not have a straight forward birthing experience in the end and I think I would have been very stressed and worried throughout, instead it was still a positive experience because I was equipped with so much information and knew what to expect. I have made a very close group of friends who live locally which has been such a support. Could not recommend this course enough

We loved the HPHB course! Really useful & informative content, great locations & great social aspect to it too. The WhatsApp group has been invaluable for support & friendship - 16 months on us HPHB mums regularly chat & meet up with our babies, I’d be lost without them & will forever be grateful for HPHB bringing us all together!

Absolutely amazing class that really set us up with all the information we needed (and even stuff we didn’t know we needed) ready for the birth and beyond of our son. Run in an informal friendly way, we were made to feel comfortable and able to ask any questions that crossed our mind.Really could not recommend enough and not only were all of our questions answered, but we also made some great friends that have been there for us all the way through the late night worries and the ‘is it normal...’ questions that plague you hourly with a new born baby.

We chose Happy Parents Happy Baby because it was the only antenatal course lead by medical professionals. We absolutely loved it and have made life long friends from it. We can’t rate Happy Parents Happy Baby highly enough for realistically preparing us for labour, birth, the first few months of parenthood and of course for connecting us to the most amazing group of mums. We would recommend this course to anyone!

As first time parents we wanted something more than just the bog standard NCT classes. With HPHB you get classes taught by actual doctors and experts in their field of study instead of the ‘take a course to teach a course’ approach by NCT.You get food and drink while doing the courses and the organisers are always at hand to message if you have any questions after your baby is born via the WhatsApp group chat your put into for your class.I think more would have been done after the babies were born but due to COVID we have been unable to as yet.

My husband and I did the HPHB course when we moved to the area and were expecting our 3rd child. It was a well structured and informative series of classes, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It was great to meet people locally and we (and our babies!) are still friends today. I would thoroughly recommend.

Really enjoyed the Happy Parents. Happy Baby. antenatal course. It was great to have talks from experts with local knowledge in regard to the hospitals that we would be attending and to provide specialist, specific information about breastfeeding, baby care, first aid and lots of other tips. Has left me feeling a lot more prepared!

HPHB is a fantastic course and, in my opinion, it’s the best antenatal course offering out there. It covers things you actually want to know about like baby first aid, newborn care and birth interventions led by a qualified obstetrician. The breastfeeding workshop was more than the cursory chat you get in other antenatal courses and it proved invaluable to me, taught by a lactation consultant. The social aspect is brilliant too- I’ve met some friends for life! If you want an antenatal course taught by experts then this is for you!

We signed up to HPHB as we wanted to do an antenatal class and loved that this was focused around being sociable and also included things like baby first aid and hypnobirthing. It is run by experts in their field which gave absolute piece of mind.Pregnancy after loss is tough, but the course ensured we felt in control of what we could, but confident about what we weren’t.We learnt some great skills, top tips, and we went into the hospital feeling calm and collected. We’ve also made some amazing friends so I would, and have recommended this course to anyone who is expecting!

Friends who became family...We loved attending this course and highly recommend. I wasn’t sure I would gain much from doing classes but not only did it change my whole outlook on Labour it actually made me realise why things happen and settled my mind.It’s great for both parents, my partner LOVED meeting dads to be and realising all pregnant women are hormonal :-) But on a serious note when the time came and I was in labour he remembered a lot from classes and can honestly say it was a great course!!I will also look forward to attending for my 2nd child..
