Beautiful store! I bought my wallet and belt here. The quality is quite superb. I will definitely come back here. I am just quite amazed how they have everything handmade and how they are really dedicated to giving the public consumer pure and genuine leatherUpdated Review: I originally gave them a 5 STAR due to my positive experience at their physical store. Like I mentioned above the leather and my wallet is quite great. There's a nice lady that helped me when I was shopping there. Now because of all this positivity, I decided to buy a pair of leather gloves for driving online.Unfortunately the service is completely different when buying online. I've tried contacting them multiple times and asking them about the product but they never replied. Now here is the biggest turn off for me. Since it was my first time getting gloves, I made a mistake on the size. I found out that Pickett does not provide free return shipping. Therefore for all of you reading this, please make sure you get the right size before ordering from them online. Also make sure you are from London because if you are not then the shipping fee is going to mess you up. It's super expensive to ship back the gloves from USA to UK.Now I am still leaving the 3 star due to my experience there when I was there physically shopping for a belt and wallet. However for my online experience, I gotta say that it's one of the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced.

Pickett is only decent leather goods shop that I know that has passport book covers which contain the Royal coat of arms, HM The Queen’s crest – in other words, Pickett does indeed to have the best passport book covers in the country.Pickett is actually my only favourite shop on whole of Sloane Street, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.The retail staff of Pickett are always very welcoming and they definitely know how to serve their customers in a kind manner.Sir Trevor Pickett knows how the run his leather retail company very well.I’ve met on a number of occasions and he is such a decent person to talk to.
