Always the same experience but getting more and more expensive each year. The mulled wine was lovely, but definitely not cheap and they charged £3 for a small cup of water.. Prepare to spend lots of money especially if you go with kids. The toilets are well maintained and the staff is generally friendly. We went in November so it wasn’t too crowded.

Winter Wonderland in London is an enchanting festive experience filled with ice skating, attractions, shows, and markets. Visitors enjoy the magical atmosphere, but crowds can be overwhelming, especially during peak times. The variety of activities, food stalls, and entertainment make it a great place for families and friends to soak up the holiday spirit. Some find it a bit pricey, but overall, it's a fantastic way to celebrate the season.

I have not been to Winter Wonderland for quite some time and have to say this time around was a lot better and for various reasons. Booking tickets in advance and also fast-tracking tickets to certain perks was definitely the one! It's a good experience to try at least once and would recommend that you do a weekday as I heard the weekends are just mega busy! The rides, games and German sausage were the ones, the beer was a bit rubbish but never mind.A not to distance walk from Green Park!Solid A****LDT x

I went on a Saturday about 1pm with a 4yo, a 10yo and another adult. Positives: that's a good time to go as there was no massive queue to get in and it wasn't crazy busy inside. There were actually a good few rides he could go on (with an adult) and the ice kingdom was really good. Negatives: obviously the price of everything is ridiculous and we should have booked the ferris wheel in advance or earlier in the day as it was fully booked when we tried to go about half 5. As soon as it is dark it gets very, very busy and is full of people going 'out out'.

A great experience but oh boy does it know just how to empty your wallet!Very few rides less than £5 a person and some are as much as £11.In some cases you can pay several £'s for a rude that literally last a minute. Other rides are longer and many are very exhilarating and a lot of fun. Some rides are bookable in advance but we found most had fairly short wait times. A lot of people milling around but I would imagine most just doing a couple of rides due to the cost.Food and drinks are very expensive, £3 for a 330ml can if drink, £14 for fish & chips for example. It is a lot of fun and the lighting and effects and the atmosphere was very good.

What can one say, except a wonderful setup over a large area. It is well worth a visit, but it is so so wrong that they charge a booking fee. Just include it in the price if you want to charge people extra. The park setup itself is absolutely wonderful and very big. It is great for all ages. It's definitely worth a visit. It is surprising how long it takes to walk around it, over 2 hours, and still not sure we have seen everything.

A very spectacular and unique place to visit in the winter season in London. There are plenty of things to do: drink, food, toys, games, rides etc.Excellent place for fun for both children and adults.Especially enjoyable in company.Worthwhile to visit during the week on a quiet day and get a full day ticket and try unlimited rides. You won't regret it.

For how crowded it was, it didn't feel like it. Wait time for food and drinks were reasonable. The longest line I waited in was to get in. The ice sculptures were so well crafted and detailed. Will say book tickets to any event or ride in advance.

What a wonderful day in winter wonderland! I’m always looking forward to it when Christmas is approaching❣️although it is freezing with -1 degree, we still enjoy it a lot. Please do come here with your friends and family and spent time and enjoy the Christmas vibe together.
