My daughter had her ears pierced here and the lady that did it was outstanding. My daughter didn't cry, nothing. She was laughing and smiling the whole way through. Recommend this store and it's awesome staff.

I can't praise the staff at Andover store enough.After a very bad experience with a jewellery store in Andover which pierced my daughters ears, very badly and without care.,we went to Claire's and they were very helpful and friendly.Gave me all the information I needed and cared for my daughter.Thank you.

We went in to purchase a umbrella for our little one.There was another young family in the shop having their daughters ears pierced.The child could not have been more than 1 years old. The baby was clearly in distress and had no say in the matter.I'm amazed the shop saw fit to carry on and it's somehow legal.We think it's cruel and barbaric, for this reason will will no longer frequent Claire's in Andover or any other Claire's shops.Businesses like this need to put some morals before money, essentially it's child mutilation.

Had my daughter 9th birthday party here at the weekend she had a lovely time really really good value for money the staff made it a awesome party we felt so welcome and they was really good with the children we will deffo be booking another party

Really not happy with my daughter's ear piercing. One of my daughter's ear wasn't pierced right. When she showed me the dot i suggest to pierced bit further away, she suggested me that it was line to her nose. She didn't even listen to me. All of my friends and families noticed that it doesn't look right.Now evey time i look at it. I remember how she did not listening to me.

My wife went into this shop on Tuesday or Wednesday and told me about her experience with a young lady" there. She was not the normal shop assistant. She was browsing some earrings and when she was ready to pay seeing as this "lady" was the only one the and stacking shelves at the time she went and showed her the earrings as she was ready to pay. Upon seeing the the "lady" said very rudely to her " well I can't scan it from here can I!? So go to the till! I will be visiting the shop this morning in person to go have a word with her as my wife was very upset and she only told me this this morning. I am fuming as we never had a problem in this shop before. The "lady" in question has curly frizzy dark hair. Is it because my wife is Indian that she deserves to be treated in this way? My blood is boiling at this moment. There will never be a time my wife who is always friendly to any person deserved this treatment. I will take it up with head office as well"

Well I was looking for some thing for my young granddaughter. Plenty to choose from, wonderful colours. It may be a small shop, however it has everything to choose from. Great time there.

Bad experience. Daughter had ears pierced, badly made earring broke in ear and had to be removed in A and E. Went in to complain, told refund would come, returned 1 month later and told still with head office. Still waiting months later. Pretty disgusted by total disinterest in poor products which lead to a trip to A and E.

Had my daughters 7th birthday party in here today and all the kids had an amazing time. We were made to feel very welcome. Highly recommend. Thank you to the staff.
