Feel sorry for this team, they are delivering an excellent service despite the bean counters furloughing neighbouring branches meaning the team is picking up their work. High quality equipment at a decent price.

Delivery service was poor. But the machines and customer service was ace. Great bunch of chaps

Hired a cement mixer to be delivered ! On the day called to find out an ETA only to find out they had got it wrong and couldn't deliver. I have now had to look my customer in the eye and let them know I can't carry out the work. Not impressed with the service and advise to avoid wasting your time. I understand mistakes happen but at least try and correct it.all I was offered was I can either collect myself ,have it delivered the follow week or a refund not what I would say is helpful at all

They have been brilliant. Used them a couple of times. Nothing is a problem, and I think it’s ‘sam’ that is very helpful.

Very helpful staff, didn't have the equipment that I needed but arranged for the equipment to be picked up from another depot near by.

Really helpful, accommodating and flexible. I used the Chessington branch for hiring a plate whacker and cement mixer combo. The guys in branch were super helpful, when I turned up with a Clio, they offered to deliver the cement mixer for me, as the guy 'hates seeing people struggle with their cars'. I also had to postpone the cementing, due to weather, again the guys were super flexible and allowed me to move the hire date of the mixer by one day with no issue. If you hire for 24hrs, you can pick up at 07:30 and then you're not required to give the stuff back until COB the following day, almost 2 full days of hire! Wouldn't bother going anywhere else.

Chessington branch is In my opinion has one of the worst customer services I have experienced. No management to speak to, as staff indicated management had left the branch some while back" and the rudest staff I have ever spoken to. Staff refusing to give their name as to enquire why the equipment I had already paid for was not able to be collected."
