I started training with Aaron in September and can honestly say it was a great decision. Aaron breaks everything down and makes it make sense.He’s a great encourager and genuinely wants to help people achieve their goals.

Aaron is a great trainer. He has a very careful approach to training. Always ensuring that I was kept safe. The strength training program introduces lots of different skills which are all built up to slowly. Proper form and technique are essential for good training and Aaron has all the skill to teach and monitor your form and keep you safe and strong. His training routines are mixed and never dull. He catered to my personal needs as and when they changed. In short, wonderful guy who is a great trainer.
