The smell of disinfectant is a pleasant welcome as you walk upstairs. The place is fab, comfy, yet edgy with tattoo artist style. Niall is so professional yet friendly and polite, and knows his stuff about placement and excellent at giving honest advice and recommendations. So amazing at creating his art, light handed and swift, best way!Looking forward to my next appointment already!! Highly recommend. :)

The member of staff that pierced my nose wasn't very kind and only spoke two words to me altogether, was very ignorant

Got a set of cover tattoos at an amazing price and they turned out fantastic, only problem is now I have to go back and get more, 10/10 would recomend. Also really nice people with a lot of patience

Was a bit nervous going for 1st tattoo but they made me feel relaxed and at ease. Would go back.

I was there yesterday to pierced my tongue and I'm really disappointed.I had to take it out, because it was done wrong. The bottom ball was at the end of my tongue! She doesn't even use the forceps to hold my tongue, she just hold it with her fingers.I asked her if my tongue isn't too short for piercing and she said it's fine, and when I asked her (when she finished) if it's not to close to end of my tongue she was like 'no, it's fine' - it wasn't. It was impossible to swallow with it done that way. It was impossible to even lick my lips. Bottom ball was hurting my teeth all time.So, I came here today, to talk with her and get my money back... The way how I was treated it's just horrible. She was so mean and she couldn't admit that she done it wrong, that she make a mistake.

I was gifted a voucher to get pierced. Went today and Teresa was really lovely, very friendly. Made it so easy for me! I would definitely go back to her.
