Claire was absolutely amazing at helping my daughter pick her prom dress, she was so welcoming and really made us feel at ease. Has a good selection of dresses and shop feels so homely. I would definitely recommend to others.

I tried here 3 weeks ago after booking a few boutiques to try dresses on. From meeting Claire, she made me feel at ease and was completely honest with dresses she felt suited me.Due to having other appointments after, I rebooked to go back a week later, so it gave me opportunity to try the other boutiques. To my surprise, Claire kept in touch, asking how the dress shopping was going, how I was feeling about it etc as I wasn’t overly excited about dress shopping anyway. I’ve never experienced this from anywhere else. My mum was even joking about getting me in a BIG dress and if she talked me into it, she’d expect a creamed meringue.I went for my last appointment and picked my perfect dress from here. Claire and her team went completely above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced:, while wedding dress shopping. Absolutley amazing experiance ! Claire made my neice feel so special & like a princess for her up coming prom . The boutique is beautiful & the selection of both bridal & prom dresses is amazing , everything is fabulous quality.We visited a few boutiques & english rose bridal was the best by far , nothing is to much trouble , always on the other end of the phone & with you every step of the way .Above & beyond xxxxxx

I Bought my daughters flower girl dress here and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Claire was so welcoming and helpful, we had such an amazing time picking a dress and she made my daughters experience so special with little details. I only wish I had found Claire sooner for my wedding dress had I not already purchased this I would have come to her.

We visited English Rose to look at Holy Communion dresses for our daughter and the experience was 5* from start to finish. Claire made the experience sop special for our daughter, who felt like a princess. We weren't rushed at all and Claire has such great expertise. We came away with the happiest little girl & the most beautiful dress for her special day!
