Jodie was friendly, helpful responsive, proactive, and given we were in a time critical situation, we were relieved to have the whole process completed within days, thanks to Jodie's oversight and efficiency. I would thoroughly recommend Hamptons as a result of selling my property with them. Peter initially did a wonderful job with communicating with me and the purchaser and Paul Marchant, who was mostly involved with the follow up liaisons was efficient, courteous and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. The other members of the team were a pleasure to engage with, and enabled the whole process to evolve smoothly.

Hamptons was very confident to find a tenant for my flat quickly and it was the reason I decided to go with them. My property is in one of the best places in the area and in a very good and modern condition . For about 3 month they even did not bother to have one viewing. Whenever I followed up they kept quiet. I was on a trip and did not have a chance to visit even my unoccupied property to see what is going on. For 3 months I was on loss. I trusted these guys but they did not do any effort at all. I decided to hire two other agents and then these two agents had lots of viewings all of a sudden. One of them found a tenant very quickly. I would not recommend the letting guys in Hamptons. Very disappointing experience it was affected me heavily.
