Very helpful. Set up new Sim. Even offered to help me find location & time of next available bus. A very caring attitude. Also overheard very sensitive customer service with a difficult customer. Keep up the good work !

Went into Vodafone Carlisle today after receiving my new contract upgrade phone, in which I wanted them to transfer pics contacts etc to new phone. As they have always done for. Me on previous 2 or 3 contracts. To be told that'll be £25. I said I have a contract in which I'm with you. He replied saying yes it's still £25. I said why as I've never been charged before, to be told that we'll it's been like this for always. Before I started. Later finding out he had only been with them 8 months. Basically said we'll it does take alot of our time. Erm usually they tell you to come back in an hour and carry on serving customers as they hook them up together. Sorry that 30 seconds must take too long.Very rude.

Called in here on the afternoon of the 28th May. Wanted to check out my account and plans. From entering the shop and being greeted by the manager who referred me to Ryan, the service was five star. Ryan went through my two plans, my wife's plan her 10GB data allowance was increased to 150GB for an extra 75p a month. Mine was increased from 3GB to six with a oap reduction of £3. Well done Vodaphone Carlise credit to the company. Glad your team won ,

Courtney is an absolute fantastic asset to your team. Lovely young chatty lady, full of personality. Nothing was too much trouble. I was embarrassed as my contract had expired on my phone after 2 yrs, I didn’t feel like it was necessary to change I just wanted to go sim only. Shy wasnt pushy and found exactly what I wanted in GB of SIM, even did this a day earlier than should have been possible. I will upgrade hopefully within the 90dys, and definitely look out for her. Well done.

Horrible service. Went in to try to get an issue sorted because was told on the phone that it could only be resolved in store... the guy was really rude and couldn’t be bothered doing his job even tho the shop was empty and just told me to call customer services...... horrible company dodgy reception and rude staff! Switched to EE that exact day.

Went with my sister to get a new contract and the man serving us, Kevin was very lovely and friendly. He knew everything about her contract and more, he knew about my boyfriends contract terms off the top of his head even though he didn't serve him for his, overall very knowledgable and informative.

Went in to upgrade a phone contract requesting a new number. Told the contract had been upgraded. 3 weeks later it turns out the salesman had started a new contract and it was going to cost an additional £200, as it was an additional contract not an upgrade.

Hid a price increase on my 24 month broadband contract in all the terms and conditions text. Should maybe max it clear if you're going to increase the price while someone is locked into contract with you.
