2 years ago i wrote that i was witnessing poor service in this shop.I have deleted that comment to say that in 2023 i have been receiving fantastic customer service from Lee" and "Lucy". I dont know if they are on the store management but they are very hard working.There is a young new girl (Anwen) who is great on her few mostly weekend appearances."

I have to admit that my primary reason for shopping at Iceland on Albany Road is the great value of the Tuesday OAP 10% off, however I also benefit from being always treated like a long lost family friend or a VIP by the wonderful staff.They ALL, young and old, have the best customer service attitude of any shop in Cardiff and I have lived here for 35+ years.They are a credit to Iceland and my wife said that I should post this if I feel so strongly, so here goes!Thank you

Normally a good review however withy shop I wanted a lottery ticket but was refused not be ause of age but because the server was a johovanas witness and they are against gambling

its fine except for the prices have sky rocketed!if inflations 6% why have prices gone up from 50% to 150%?people are starving,,iceland bring ya prices down!
