Moved into a new house and we had a new burglar alarm fitted by Norsat with some other works. Everything was explained well and we can also operate it from our mobile phones. The engineers were clean and tidy. Very pleased with the works carried out. Definitely use them again.

After changing provider and being let down by a my new provider's set up team - I was stuck as I had an aerial issue that needed resolving. My mum previously dealt with Norsat in Horsham, and could not speak highly enough of them, so I thought I would visit the store in Horsham. From the moment of walking into the store I could not have been treated better. Marie really looked after me and gave outstanding customer service. She was able to book an appointment for me in store and found a time that suited me and my needs. Marie was always smiling, and she really made me feel at ease with this aerial issue that I was not very clued up on. When Norsat was due to come to my house, Angelo arrived to have a look at my aerial issue, and was early and prompt with his arrival. Within 15 minutes the issue was resolved. You could tell he had a vast experience within this industry, because he immediately knew what the issue could be, and worked on his leads to finding a solution . Once again, Angelo was exceptional - and really made the process and set up hassle free. I went from having a TV with 0 aerial channels, to 130! Both Marie, Angelo and Norsat as a company really made the process simple, easy to understand and affordable. They really do want the best for you and I am so glad that I dealt with them. I could not have asked for any better from a company, and will only deal with them in the future. I am so glad that I can rely and trust in a business like Norsat.

Great service. had an aerial installed into my new build property in horsham the engineer advised me of everything he was going to do and gave me a price. excellent job will be using norsat again when I have my sky satellite installed they had a half price offer on sky channels I was advised this is a limited offer . great company to do business with.

I had an intruder alarm and CCTV system installed by Norsat Security recently. Very good price and great quality systems. The comms with the office and the engineers were absolutely first class. I am very pleased with the systems and am able to operate remotely by my I phone. Exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.

Purchased a Triax io Link for the rear of my Sky box. Was charged £45 when you can buy the exact same for £15 or even different models for £8. Miserable staff also.
