Linking Leeds

I was going through quite a rough time, Jeff helped me get the connections I needed and regularly checked up on me. I cannot thank him enough he literally saved my life. The people here are amazing and do a great job! Thank you for everything.

Linking Leeds are time wasters.

Sarah was fantastic, she helped me find the local resources that I needed.

Poor. Due to health issues I needed help with housework and decluttering. I was assigned a caseworker who said someone was supposed to call me from a homecare company, but they never did. Then another caseworker took over, I had to explain what I needed all over again, and because I said I was feeling down (because nothing was happening) he suggested counselling. I wasted 3 months trying to get practical help that never materialised. All I got was a phone number for a counselling service, which I didn't need and never asked for. I would be very wary of using Linking Leeds again as it felt like being on a carousel, going round in circles and getting nowhere.
