Have seen the business develop from strength to strength and their communication from booking in, to vehicle collection is seamless. Wes is a fountain of knowledge on all things BMW and Charlotte on reception laughs at all my dad jokes - what's not to like? Definitely an independent specialist you can trust and a saving over main dealer pricing with no loss of quality in terms of work undertaken - fully recommended

I have always had excellent service from AutoTechnick. Their reception staff are always pleasant, polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Their workshop staff are equally as helpful, providing excellent video feedback for any work they do. AutoTechnik are certainly my preferred suppliers for servicing and repairs to my BMW. I have used them for 6 years and will continue to do so whilst their service is as I described.

I was very pleased with the service I received. It was easy to book and I was kept well informed with regard to the work being carried out on my vehicle (I received a video detailing the work required and pointing out potential work that might be required). Staff are very friendly and prices are very reasonable.

Wes and his team always greet with a friendly smile and are helpful and knowledgeable.I only recently had a deeper issue than your day to day vehicle ownership problems which was a shake on the motorway of my 2019 X5, the team here worked tirelessly helping remedy the situation and got to the bottom of the issue swiftly and professionally.I would recommend the services of AutoTechnik to others looking to get their BMW or other Germany vehicle repaired/maintained!
