Was locked out in the rain and my key snapped in half. Ali from positive locksmiths came as soon as he could and fixed it instantly and even put some oil to the lock to make it better. 10/10 would recommend

Ali was so helpful and helped us when our key snapped in the door of our holiday accommodation and we couldn’t get into our apartment at 10pm on a Saturday night. Got the job done quickly and was very professional. Highly recommend!

He serviced our doors, changed handles and hinges on some of them. He doesn’t create extra unnecessary costs, very polite and professional. Ali was so efficient and kind when he came out to help us change the locks. He went above and beyond giving us tips on how to maintain the locks and even replacing the door handles too! I couldn’t recommend Ali highly enough, he is very skilled at his job and has a lovely manner.
