Optima Self Store Melton Mowbray

I recently used the Optima Storage facility in Melton to store my furniture between house moves. I was impressed by the efficiency of the service I experienced, from my initial phone conversation with the company right through to vacating my storage container at the time of my new house purchase. I dealt with a lady called Alex, who was very knowledgeable and flexible to my situation. No fuss and no drama. My unit was brand new and ideal for my storage needs. Great location, good security and 24/7 access - which was important for me, popping back often to retrieve bits I needed!! I’ll definitely use them again if I require storage again in the future.

We can highly recommend Optima Self Store for storage needs.We reserved a container to store our furniture in, until our house sale went through.We cannot fault the organisation of the company, from the initial phonecall, to getting the key to the container.Alex was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all of our (many) questions. :-)The containers are in excellent condition and the site is very secure.
