Good service, little carkpark but spacious enough, would recommend picking items up if needed. Staff very friendly and great help.

Very helpful staff member who quickly located my parcel and helped complete necessary paperwork.

Easy to find and park. Only thing to be mindful of is that they need to open and inspect any parcels at this depot. Really helpful lady who repackaged my parcel in a new envelope.

Collection of package for delivery north. Staff very helpful sorting out mix up as wrong drivers details had been give for pick up. Free coffee while I waited for emails to be exchanged. Once sorted fast and efficient service

Brilliant service couldn’t of asked for anything more and very helpful

Only visited this place once and wasn’t impressed, I’m a driver trainer for a haulage company and had arrived there with a newly passed driver. We we’re told on arrival we couldn’t go in as we weren’t allowed to have passengers but after a few minutes of a slightly heated discussion and the over ambitious security guard easing up on the rules we were then allowed in. All in all it took 2.5 hours to drop a trailer queue up and get the correct corresponding paperwork, couple up to the trailer which had been damaged by one of the many shunter drivers and then security having to check the back of the trailer we were then free to leave.All in all it seemed to be a very long winded process for what could have been made a whole lot simpler.

Dropped parcels off here many times in the past. The staff are friendly and do a great job although it can be busy at peak times such as 6pm. Any boxes dropped off directly are opened and checked, which can also slow down the process.The service from DHL and their delivery timescales are very good although you get what you pay for!

5 days parcel didn't move, the worst service I ever heard of.

Dropping parcel off on Friday the 13 th was perhaps an omen Only one person at the service point desk as two people were on holiday and no other support seemed forthcoming for the one DHL employee serving so the wait was excessiveEspecially as every parcel has to be opened and security checked and then reseated.Would have expected management to step up and support this one employee

Has a hgv driver I find most DHL’s to be one off the worst places to tip a trailer it’s taking two hours just to put the bay ramp on me then 45 minutes to start and all I got is excuses why it’s taking so long. 4 hours altogether
