Truly excellent service. Having identified that my rear brake pads needed replacing, the team couldn't fit me in at short notice. Rather than send me on my way, they offered to ask the garage next door if they could help, and came back to me within half an hour with a quote and a next-day booking at the competing garage. When I mentioned that the opening time of the other garage was a bit late for me to drop off as I had to catch an early train to work, they offered to have me drop my car with them on my way to the station and deliver it next door once the other garage opened. All of this was offered absolutely voluntarily and at no financial benefit to Cranleigh Tyres. I don't usually write reviews, but this had to be shared!

I went to them for two new front tyres, mid range and tracking.I was supprised that Tracking was an extra charge, but I knew it needed doing so happily paid.On job completion I was told to come back within a month to have it checked (laser alignment or something they had done).Well I did not, shouldnt have too either if its done properly (to adjust your tracking you simpley need two spanners) .Now below are pictures of my now two month old tyre that is now ileagal and down to the canvas, because the tracking has not been done, it would not adjust out to that extent (I used to do my own tracking) .so this weekend I will jack the car up myself ajust out the tracking rod and buy another tyre!

AVOID !!!My wife took tyre in for repair, was told that fault was in the tyre wall, not repairable and would need a new £140 tyre?went down to Kerbside tyres in Cranleigh and they showed me it was in the middle and fixed it in 10 mins for £30.
