Excellent experience at Queensway, Ferryhill for a difficult extraction of a tooth with a root canal filling where the tooth shattered. My appointment was One week after the assessment. The treatment was efficiently and expertly carried out, appropriate advice given in a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended., especially the dentist, Wendy Keen and dental nurse, Terry House

Couldnt recommend them enough. Wendy, Terry and Louise did a brill job, I had two molars removed which I was dreading but they did a brill job at reassuring me, they talked me through everything and they kept making sure I was ok. If I ever need future work I'll be going back to them.

Attended on Mon 9 Mar 20 to have a tooth extracted, which given the circumstances was an excellent experience. Dentist and staff were friendly, made me feel at ease then efficiently and painlessly numbed the site and extracted the tooth. I previously dreaded both injections and any dental work however this was almost an enjoyable experience.

I was under the care of Doctor Wendy Keen. She was amazing. She explained what I should expect during the initial consultation and during the treatment she talked me through what she was doing step by step. She was so skilled and professional I would highly recommend her to anyone. Dr Keen was assisted by Louise and Terry and they were very reassuring throughout. A brilliant service by the team.

Brilliant , professional, nothing to much for them explain everything from what will happen to what you will need to do for the next days, Dr. Keen and Terry , Louse the Therapist Nurses was amaizing from all point . Great chats , give you confidence so if you scare of dentist in here it's the place to be as doesn't hurt you a all.
