I am very upset. Last week I took the coat (there was a zipper replacement) and unfortunately did not check the result on the spot. A few days later, when I put on my coat, I found the following inconsistencies. I paid 26 pounds for the work (the lightning was bought separately with my money).

I left my expensive Austin Reed trousers to be fixed in the belt area. When l came home, l realised that the job was so badly done. I can see a whole crooked line on the outside when it should have been stitched invisibly. Won’t recommend to anyone as they do a cheep and careless job at a high price.

I asked for some trousers to be taken in at the waist 2. I picked them up but when I got home realised all that had been done was two 1" folds had been sewn into the waistband and the seat was still as baggy as ever. This was done this way for a quicker "result" and nothing else.The age old method of reducing a waist is to un-pick the rear centre seam

Anna is so lovely! I took in a jumpsuit for the first time. I did not even know the shop was there until I drove past it. Glad I went there. Anna was happy to make the alterations as I did not have much time and needed it back sooner rather than later. Went to pick it up and was still big on me and she was happy to alter once more. Two hours later on the same day picked it up andtried it on at home. PERFECT! The jumpsuit was a size 8 and I ama size 6 petite. It was a last minute purchase for an event I am attending. I cannot tell you how pleased I am thanks to Anna.Happily go there again. Thank you Anna for saving the day because I do not like shopping! Wishing your business all the success for the future. x
