Northampton Moto

Bought a new Z900RS and extremely happy with the bike. A new low seat was fitted for me to deal with my short legs and the bike was ready within a week. I would like to thank Paul for making the whole process easy, friendly and professional.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased from Northampton Moto. An absolutely smooth, enjoyable process. Needless to say James and the Team are faultless. They dealt with everything from the finance, part ex & the delivery of the new bike with zero stress to myself.I also recommended James to a friend looking for a new motorbike who gave me the exact same feedback.I will 100% be returning for the next one.

My husband bought a motorbike from Northampton Moto yesterday, James dealt with us over the couple or days from viewing to buying and his service was exemplary. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We also had a few questions before buying so left a message on the phone to ask for clarification on a couple of matters and James called back quickly to help.If you are looking to buy a bike, we highly recommend a visit to Northampton Moto for viewing a wide range of bikes, no high pressure sales, just friendly helpful staff who make you confident in purchasing from them.

I haven't visited this bike dealer yet, my review is based solely on the communication with James in sales via email and today by telephone.The communication has been very courteous and honest and all of my questions have been answered promptly.I want to purchase a new bike and have one to trade and I have been offered a fair, no a great price for my current bike.I don't do Facebook but had a look on their 'feed' and I see a lot of happy riders with their new bikes.Apologies to Melissa for the earlier problem.Will post further as my bike sale develops.Great so far!UPDATECollected my new bike today 21/6/19, the attention I received was top class. I know the team there tend to their customers well all the time but there cannot be a friendlier bunch of workers.I am not local to their area but if the opportunity came about, I would get in touch with James and the team for a new bike.

Delighted with the sales experience, Dave Chaney was able to help me find the perfect bike for me. He was able to price match another dealership, and this coupled with the welcoming showroom, convenient location and friendly and knowledgeable staff sealed the deal. The biggest problem I had in buying the KTM was the huge range of very tempting Kawasaki bikes they also have available!

Was looking for a new KTM 890 Duke R and Northampton Moto had the best deal nationwide.Popped in to have a look and a chat with Piyush. He was very helpful and clear in explaining all the bike and finance options. Prompt follow up with all the required info. A few days later ordered the bike and arranged everything over the phone.Pick up with James was a very friendly easy process. Overall a superb experience. Friendly laid back professional service.10/10.

The whole purchase process went very smoothly. From the initial enquiry up to the bike delivery every single step was done with utmost professionalism and superior customer service. I had fantastic service from start to finish. They offered me a great deal on my trade in just off the photos and description of my bike. Delivery was excellent and hassle free and communication has been good. I opted to have the taller comfort seat which they offered to post out to me once it arrived in store so I could start putting miles on the bike( yet to arrive so can't comment on the seat) all in all 10 out of 10 fantastic service.

James and the team were fantastic through the entire process of me buying my brilliant new KTM Super Adventure. The communication was excellent, they were very understanding with my constant change of pick up day (sorry!!) And the bike itself is in brilliant condition. Would happily deal with them again on any purchase/sale. 10/10
