Scheduled works with this company for a EICR Inspection and a consumer unit upgrade, made vast arrangements with the tenants to allow access. On the day Andy arrived to complete the works, then a quick text 15 mins after arrival stating sorry cant do works and left the job with no remedy into solving a situation, leaving my self and the tenants in an uncomfortable and difficulty scenario. Highly unprofessional and i do not recommend this company for works. Another electrician was scheduled and completed the works within 12 hours.

Our kitchen lighting was dismal and the bulbs flickering constantly. We were impressed by the reviews and contacted him. Even though he was busy he came and assessed the problem, ordered new lights and soon was able to come and fit them. He is a really lovely chap and very fair pricing. Pleased we now have a great electrician for the future

Electricity supply cut off, called Avenues Electrical, Andy was punctual, found the cause very quickly (smart meter) and helped when we contacted supplier to resolve problem. Prompt, excellent service, fair price and highly recommend.

Andy came on time and fitted 2 lights. Excellent work and quoted a price and it is so nice to find an electrician who is really polite and does a great job! We will be calling him soon to have more work done.

I rang Andy at 18:45 as I had screwed through an electrical cable causing all our wall sockets to stop working. He came round the same night and quickly fixed the wiring. I'll be using his services again and would recommend his services.

I contacted Andy after being let down twice buy my original EV charging point supplier and installer. I have to say, they ended up doing me a massive favour. I now have a reliable, professional, and knowledgeable electrician as my go-to tradesman. Great communications throughout, and Andy arrived promptly, completed the work in half the time that I was expecting, and was far cheaper than my original installers. Also received a Building Regulations Compliance Certificate on completion of works, which I'd never received with my previous instalment, and this is the second time that I've had it moved. Great job. Many thanks Andy.

Andy is a born problem solver with great energy and enthusiasm. His considerable knowledge and experience was instantly apparent when he came to deal with a power loss issue we were experiencing. He gave very clear explanations of his work in a very friendly manner. On the evidence of this call out he will be my number one choice for an electrician in the Hull area.
