Oh my god please please can someone at head office or whatever just get rid of one of the machines and put in another HUMAN teller. How much profit does the bank need to make that they're cutting staff and jobs and replacing them with automated machines that are under used. I would definitely change bank because of this if I could but kinda stuck with Barclays at the moment. The staff are all lovely and try their hardest but customers want to talk to a real person!

This bank occupies a prominent location and is a waste of space. It's not open 24 hours. The customer is always wrong in this bank. The opening times during the Covid19 were the shortest as compared to other banks on the same road. They seem to be Sorry about everything. Such an inconvenient place to visit.

Terrible experience; tried to open an account thru the app at the end it said to visit the branch and they don’t accept BRP , Passport they need utility bill etc , they don’t accept employer letter , what will a newbie to UK will do in this instance ? They should be seriously looking into changing this Address verification options

It's never open, utterly useless bank. What kind of bank, in the very center of a city, is closed entirely on a Saturday?They even have the gall to leave an out of date sign on the door with the old opening times, but the gate is locked over the front door regardless.

This bank is one of the worst climate offenders among many in the UK banking and financial establishment, providing extensive funding to toxic fossil fuel companies and so wreaking havoc in the world now and for future generations. Boycott this bank.

Awful bank with awful climate policy. Biggest invester in Europe for fossil fuels, funds massive polluter drax and owns shares/funds arms companies selling weapons to Israel and others.Don't bank with Barclays!

I was in here today and there was no queues like rbs. They have removed most of the tellers and want you to use the automated service but if you need to see someone they will help. I find this bank better than the others I deal with.

Really don't know why I have an account there tbh!Had to take a day off work to go into town to go to the branch, as it's not open on Saturday mornings like every other bank. There was only one ATM open inside and the single counter is closed on Tuesdays for some unknown reason!It took me some time to deposit the money into the ATM as numerous notes were rejected. I will be changing bank as soon as is feasible for me.
