Visited for the first time today. I needed a very detailed / in-depth appointment today. Every staff member was welcoming & extremely lovely. I’ve never felt more comfortable having an eye test done. Needing new glasses can be quite scary as you’re needing to wear them all the time & have them suit you. The staff could not of been more patient and accommodating. After having drops in my eyes I struggled to see & the lovely lady who helped me pick my new glasses was amazing at guiding me & finding me the right glasses that suited me. After being a very picky customer she remained patient, happy & attentive. I could not recommend this branch more & will happily be returning for all my future check ups.

Unorganised. Had an appointment, there was a fire alarm test, they cancelled my appointment. There are people (including me) who work contracts and don’t get paid for time they take off. Another woman in at the same time as me had a kid she’d had to take out of school for the morning. Not only do we stand around outside for 20 minutes we then get cancelled and it’s all for nothing. Either continue with appointments, or find out when there’s a fire alarm test and don’t book people in.

Worst place to go as they put my contact lenses order 2 times wrong and in return they offered me to wear my old prescription contact lenses .Very unprofessional Assistant Mgr behaviour who was really confused which pair she ordered wrong for me.. SUCH A SHAME.... I wish i can give this store 0 star put they are not letting me do so..

I took my glasses into the Crawley store as they had broken in half. I spoke to Mathew and he could not have been more helpful. He agreed to replace the frames under guarantee and ordered them there and then. I was back in the next day to have the lenses swapped over. Thank you for a very impressive service.

VE just acquired me as a customer after 20 years with Specsavers.Better service, they don't rush you in the eye test and they will repair my glasses FOC as and when required

I just want to say a big thank you to Sarah . I didn’t have a good experience with the vision express in Tesco . After spending so much money for 3 pairs of glasses , my glasses broke 3 times and each time I was asked to buy a new one . Without going into further details the customer service was not good at allThis time I really didn’t want to go back there so I thought to go to the store in the County Mall in Crawley. Sarah was so welcoming, accomodating , professional, patient and sorted my glasses problem. I was so happy and pleased.I wished I had gone there earlier. I would definitely be going back for my next pair of glasses and eye check. Thank you very much Sarah

I had a fantastic experience in this VE store - the whole vibe was so personable and approachable. Nishita who conducted my contact lens check-up and sight test was just out of this world amazing - so professional and friendly. The whole experience was very person-centred and I felt really looked after. Farah walked me through glasses and sunglasses options including the prices and other options, they were so knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I left in such a good mood having achieved beyond what I had hoped for. Keep up the great work team!!
