Brought my clio in October 2021 seemed all good perfect car for the first 2 months, since that I have had nothing but problems. Took it back the first time round, they just turned the light on the dashboard off and told me it was nothing to worry about. It has been back a number of times since they claim the fault had been fixed however the exact same occurred a matter of days later. To be honest the mechanics are no help at all, forgetting the keys to their tool box and letting me know 20 mins before they closed that the job wouldn’t be able to get finished but I could happily come get my car even though they hadn’t checked the car over.The communication of the garage is awful on one occasion they had my car for 5 weeks, they didn’t get in contact with me once to keep me updated I had to do the ringing around to get an update. I rang up once to get an update to get told why am I ringing up again nothing has changed an not to ring again they will get in contact with me. During the 5 weeks they had it I rang my finance company to complain and start an investigation to return the car as I wasn’t happy. They went against the complaint and fixed the car (so they claimed). I also had a curtesy car during this 5 weeks and when they fixed the car they rang me and said I can come and collect the car. Told them is it a good idea as there is an investigation going on next minute I’m getting threatened with the police if I don’t return the car. However I told them I’ll return it after work they still carried on threatening me with the police.Now 8 months later I am still having the exact same problem with the car

Couldn't ask for better service.Good choice of cars for all budgets, decent finance options if needed. Staff offer friendly banter which is always welcome and the transaction was easy. Car on collection was immaculate too & came with a six month warranty.After two months the car developed a fault (OSF suspension spring). Called Monday morning. Dropped car off Monday lunch time. Picked car up Monday tea time. Repair was covered by the warranty with no questions asked and no messing about.Would definitely return to this place. Thanks very much to both Steve and the mechanic team.
