Very Bad Customer Service, Took a deposit £50? Why? Do they think the customer ain't going to come back for the item. They over charge you for a repair & you have to pay the V.A.T for the repair as well, Jheeeze. So before you take any item to be repaired, Please shop around for a better service & do a google search for advice on prices to the issue your having with your Hardware. Hope this helps. I'm being very honest

Really good experience, they immediately assessed and identified the issue. Wasn't sure how long it would take but they called me same day before I finished my errands in the area and it works as brand new.

Used Hy Tek to repair a large active mid-top speaker that wasn't receiving power. Unfortunately I had to send it back twice before problem was properly fixed. Great, friendly customer service though, didn't cost any more to send it back and the speaker was picked up and dropped off which is very handy for a 45kg speaker.

Great little shop. Fixed my amp, which other businesses had been unable to do. Came back looking squeaky clean too. It did take some time, but that was down to them trying to find me a replacement part at a good price, which I really appreciated.

Great shop and very courteous and knowledgeable staff, did my repairs and one other more complex job, which I couldn't get done elsewhere, whilst I waited. Definitely recommend and will be back myself.

Had the worst experience trying to fix my mixer when I came back they had “cleaned it” only and parts still missing. Still got charged. Useless to pay for something I never asked . A cleaning
