Took my car too asda in eastleigh too have a very small screw taken out of my nearside rear tyre they took the wheel of took the screw out and put a plug in and then put the wheel back on all in all took about 6 too 7 minutes then they charged me a massive £25 , I went in there about 3 months ago for the same thing and was charged ,£5 what a total rip off, I told them I wouldn't be back again and nor would my mates , also thought he put the receipt in the car but when I got back home he hadn't so thats ,£25 in someone's pocket, Barmer sort your rip off staff out , AND THERE NOT A VERY HAPPY LOT

Always gone to Barmer tyres for many many years but yesterday morning was a jokeTwo of the four staff went to a meeting !More like breakfast in McDonald’s Queues of people said it would take 30-40 minutes. Took nearly two hours.I would say the company has changed handsWouldn’t recommend

Ordered my tyres (odd sizes) in advance through them. My car was delayed repeatedly at a garage and so I called these guys to tell them I was still coming and to apologise etc. Finally get my car back, call them to say I'll be there at the weekend and they say its all fine. I arrive on Saturday to be told my tyres were returned in a very matter of fact way.They also 'fixed' several slow punctures on various tyres over the years and none were fixed even for a day.0/10 useless people.

Would not recommend. Had 2 front tyres changed and afterwards had my tyre pressure warning light on. Later found out that a Tyre pressure sensor had been damaged and broken. Still awaiting refund for the sensor that cost me £75.

Pretty no nonsense. Asked for a replacement battery for my Yaris. He knew he had one on the shelf and told me to pull the car in and give them half an hour.Returned from my food shop, settled up and left with a 3 year guarantee.Could have been upfront with price instead of finding out when getting the bill but the price was fair, £88 all-in.

Had my tracking done here on the 21st of June 2023, emailed them to say after driving the car i was not happy. Took the car to Tyre Shack 1st thing on the 22nd of June 2023 where the car was checked on Hunter Engineering HawkEye Elite Alignment System where it was sorted correctly. The system used by Tyre Shack is worlds apart from the outdated method used at Barmer & all for the same £35. So have now paid £70. Lesson learned here us Tyre Shack for all your Tyre needs.
