Always long queues and outrageous service. Avoid this pharmacy if you can.

The pharmacy is now under new management and I have been very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. They are attentive and helpful.

This pharmacy is dangerously and disgustingly incompetent. Not only are they too lazy and inconsiderate to update their contact information and opening hours online, but they are also so unaware of the importance of their job that they do not check for prescriptions. Instead of doing the bare minimum, they instead allow people to go hours, if not days, without their medication because they are too utterly idiotic to refresh an email inbox.For your own sake and health, find any other alternative for a pharmacy. Literally anywhere else will be a safe option for you.The one positive I can say is that the people there are polite. If they put half the energy into doing their work as they do at fake smiling at people, maybe they would actually be making a positive impact in the world.

Terrible service could not get hold of prescription gave 2 items, and kept note so I couldn't go elsewhere, had to contact doctor to issue another one as medication was urgent, staff not bothered very bad service I will not be going there again as it used to be my local one but will go elsewhere from nw on.
