DPD Depot

I watched the driver drive in, reverse out! I was in the car park with RAC! He clearly took a photo of the side door of the WRONG building on his way out, there's not even buzzers at that door! Abysmal service! He didn't even try and deliver!

0 stars. Waited at home on the 2 days my package was supposed to be delivered, DPD never showed up. Finally found a tracking number which told me my package was being returned to the sender. Customer support is no help as it is just an automated phone service to track deliveries. This issue has happened more than once with DPD so I will never be using them again.

If I could give 0 star then I would. Ordered something online on Thursday. Paid extra to have it deliver via DPD next day delivery. DPD then made the excuse that the parcel can not believed on Friday, so I arranged for Saturday. Saturday comes along me and they couldn’t even wait for 2 mins for me to arrive. Driver decides to drive off. Come Sunday (click and collect) their own useless and misleading system then says it will be delivered on Monday. That’s a total of 4 days I’ve waited. What a rubbish company that will fail to succeed in the future. Customer service is poor too. The guy I spoke to on the phone Andy had 4 hours to let me know is my parcel was to get delivered on Friday and he decides to call towards closing time. Honestly doesn’t deserve a job.

Rubbish. Was here waiting in all morning and nothing. DPD are useless. You can't contact them either, they don't pick up. You can't collect from the Snetterton Depot. I need my coat today. Am absolutely furious. Don't use any retailer that relies on them

Absolutely disgusting. Paid £9.99 for a parcel to be redelivered today Sunday 3rd between 8-12 and low and behold parcel being held due to a unexpected problem. More like I'm the only parcel in my area and can't be bothered. And can't even go pick up myself. Why is this company still in business.

Noam from customer support was so rude while i was trying to get information for my parcel which were delayed for 3 times without any notification, she shouting, and talking rude to customer, where i didnt even rise my voice or blaiming here, this is just another level of poor customer service.

Honestly the amount of problems in a single month is ridiculous, from parcels being completely destroyed, thrown around to drivers delivering to wrong addresses, can't get any help through customer service and getting hung up on. This depo should get award for the worst courier service in Norfolk. Avoid at all costs.

It wasn't the first time I have a problem with Snetterton Depot. 5 of 3 times they try to take away my parcel. I had to fight for to deliver my parcel to me. Last time they lied that they delivered and signed by me. It was a big lie!But this time, I got an opened big box without my bookcase, i only received part of my order small things what i ordered. The main shelving unit was taken.
