Was quoted £50-£100 on a downpipe being fitted. Brought the car in to get the work done and was then told after completing the works they wanted £300 due to a rounded bolt. Any decent shop would of taken the hit on there inability to remove a bolt and not spend 4 hours using a socket wrench on the same bolt that clearly wasn't working.

When no one would look at my clutch, it was no problems for J&B. Customer care above and beyond (James came to the house to diagnose the problem, offered to tow car in, etc) and a very fair price. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Car was put in Here months ago for work. Supposedly done.Just had all the work done at another garage and obvious that they haven’t actually done half the jobs they charged for ! Avoid !!

Had my car in at this garage today as a new customer, had wheel alignment done car is now driving perfect. Staff are really friendly and professional will definitely use again in future and would recommend to others thanks again.
