My sons window was jammed stuck on one side due to faulty mechanism. Came out on time with great communication and took care at my property. Shoe covers on they promptly had the window free and working as intended with a new mechanism all for the quoted price....highly recommend.

Very professional man working together with his wife. My windows lock was broken need to be replaced. They came and bang on they fixed it. Working perfect now. They are friendly. They know what they doing. I strongly recommend them.

Had 8 misted window panes replaced by ORB Window Repairs in April 2023. Have held off reviewing until now, to give full review of service received at that time and panes installed.Fantastic small company, would highly recommend. Swift response time to initial query and clear guidance given on capturing full photos of windows in need of repair, for quote. The quote arrived swiftly by email and was very reasonable.Nicky & Stuart then visited to complete final measurements before ordering the panes, with no change to initial quote price. Both were helpful and professional throughout, ensuring I felt listened to and guided me through not only what they would be providing, but setting out clear time expectations for manufacture of panes and fitting.On the day of installation, arrival was prompt, fitting was done to a high standard and all panes and surrounds cleaned, with no mess left. Since installation, no issues at all and very pleased.In addition to being excellent at what they do, Nicky and Stuart are genuinely lovely people. I would definitely use ORB Windows again and highly recommend to all.

Great job done by Nicky and Stuart. They repaired most of the windows in my house and replaced window hinges and now the window opens and shuts properly and is sealed. Now my windows have a new lease of life and work like they should

I reached ORB Windows Repairs for a broken window handle. Nicki and Stuart have been prompt in repairing the handle and were very pleasant and easy to talk with. I would definitely contact them again if I need to in the future.

Would recommend using ORB to anybody.We had some blown windows, a broken handle and some hinges that needed replacing. The whole experience was made so easy and communication was first class.
