No stars from me sorry well to be honest I'm not really went with my sis we ordered 2 huge cakes the person taking the order was rude and vile and whan we went to pick up yes we were about 5 to 10 mins late they shut the lights practically told us to f off pardon my French and shouted at us through the shutter we had to plead for them to give us the cakes it wss an utterly disgusting experience I will not go there again this was their blackburn branch workers, and I believe the management should look into the staff behavior unacceptable very unacceptable

BLACKBURN STORECannot fault the products, cakes are spectacular. The service on the other hand was absolutely vile. Literally 5 minutes late for pickup of two 40 inch cakes. Granted shop was closed but workers were still inside. Had to explain through the shutters everything had been paid for and it would be a 2 minute thing AND apologised and asked for a little good will. Instead they turned the lights off and began shouting at us. After insulting us and making us plead with them, they eventually handed over the cakes. Making rude comments. Nafees has most definitely lost my custom due to their staff.

Follow on review from my experience at the Rochdale and Blackburn branch. Ordered a cake at the Rochdale branch at short notice for the very next day. As we was travelling for a short while did not want to travel with the cake so was told I could order at the Rochdale branch and get it delivered for pick up at the Blackburn store.Really good recommendation from the staff as it saved us all the hassle and worry of transporting it ourself. When we did arrive to pick up the staff was very quick and helpful in getting us our cake making sure it was to our liking and then we was on our way.The store itself is clean and tidy as well as being fully stocked with all sorts of sweets and cakes brightening up this store.Would recommend to anyone including all my family and friends.

I ordered celebration cake, it was delicious and looked appealing to eye. I must say, there customer service was great and they do cooperate and work on demand as well. I would definitely recommend to try there sweets.

I placed an order for a heart-shaped glitter cake for my birthday, and they told me they don’t do glitter cakes, which I was completely fine with, as I had glitter, so I was absolutely fine with doing it on my own only for them to go and buy some different kind of paint glitter, and they created blotches on my cake and I looked absolutely horrible. It ruined my birthday cake and it just ruined the overall atmosphere, and my mood for the day.
