Cannot wait to visit the new restaurants this summer - the building looks amazing! Lots of work taking place which is so nice to see. The canal looks rejuvenated. Finally life is being injected back into this area. Looking forward to more things opening :)

Great to see positive development in this long derelict corner of the city.Brownfield development must be far more complicated, and I understand there were significant contamination issues that have been overcome to enable all this.The first phase is looking great and the press releases of the future phases promise a great blend of uses which will surely offer prosperity to the city and surrounding communities.

It is amazing to see the city developing in this way. Especially the fact it is using former derelict land that had been previously unused is a HUGE bonus. Every day when I walk home, I get a sense of excitement when I approach the Island Quarter. I'm delighted that our great city is finally getting the TLC that it deserves.

Visited the cleaver and wake restaurant this evening, amazing service and compliments to chef Laurence and his team.Will most definitely be returning the food was outstanding overall a very enjoyable evening!
