Brilliant help finding a bike for my son. Mike was super friendly and helpfully talked through their stock before allowing my son to have some test rides and make a choice.Kids go through bikes so quickly so it was amazing to find such a fantastic family business stocking good-quality used bikes. Will definitely be back as the kids grow.

We were looking for a bike for our 4 year old son that was light weight and long lasting - the team at Bright Bikes were amazing! They listened to what we were looking for and presented a selection of bikes that 100% fitted our requirements. We're very pleased to say that our little one now has a fast, light weight bike that he can be proud of and enables him to keep up with his sister! Highly recommended!NB the team also provide full adjustment services, along with helpful advise on maintenance and also a 3 month period where we can bring it back should anything go wrong. Our son is approaching his 6th birthday and has almost grown out of his bike. So we returned to Bright Bikes to upgrade. We are returning customers as we were so pleased with the first bike, and my wife was pleased with the service.We were able to book an appointment online and had a brilliant experience. Really friendly, very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his Bikes! These are refurbished Bikes but that doesn't do it justice, the care that's been taken means they are as good as new.If you want a great price, that's been excellently refurbished without paying the silly new prices, then this is the place for you!

Amazing service and selection of bikes. Mike is so friendly and knowledgeable, and there is no pressure to buy. Our 4 year old was able to try out a load of different bikes (across different price ranges) to see which one she got on best with. While trying them out she even cycled on her own for the first time with no stabilisers!! Really want to shout out this small Bristol based business, they really deserve to do well, purely down to their ethos and approach to customers.They are a fantastic community focused company making it cost effective for parents to buy decent, refurbished second hand bikes. Great selection of used kids bikes ar different prices ranges. There is also an area for them to test ride them. Service and advice was great. I highly recommend a visit if in need if a kids bike.
