Let customers in last minute which was handy as I needed over the counter medication. Well stocked and easy to navigate. Glad to see more self serve tills available. Needs more staff to man self serve and a better exit space.

Accused of shoplifting + BANNED FOR LIFE due to their ‘SmartShop’ app + WiFi faulty. Don’t mind me shopping here x3 a week.One of my items (cost £1,50) didn’t scan on the app -got treated like a criminal by ‘store detective’ named Baa. Did not get the option to pay either, instead gave me this letter (see below!)

Good sized supermarket with integrated Habitat homeware section. Decent vegetarian/vegan range. Handy self service check out options but watch out: If you don't get a printed receipt and you trigger the alarms on your way out, the security will demand to see your bank account on your phone to prove you've paid. This is surely illegal. We have waded in to help extricate bewildered shoppers from this unethical situation. If you don't trust your customers, Sainsbury's, then don't give a 'no receipt' option on your self-service check outs! Rant over.

For all those Halloween lovers this Sainsbury's is currently displaying their latest range. Very good choice of outfits, decorations and sweets. The display is situated beside homewares, so easy to find.This is a very nice Sainsbury's with helpful staff. They have a good general range of all the required essential products, clothes, homeware etc., especially as this isn't a particularly large store. It has a nice ambience, very relaxed, and set away from busy traffic and close to green fields. There is also an internal Argos store, which is so handy!

Very conveniently located. Ample parking. Very friendly staff. This place always has something I need. Also stores some regional food. I find it useful as I don’t have to travel far for the essential items

Well it's been a few years since I visited Sainsbury's having been abroad and visiting the supposed budget stores. A nice surprise , a clean and tidy shop with clothes,household goods and an Argos collection point virtually everything required. The more important thing was there were plenty of good offers without members discount and the fruit and veg was fabulous. The imperfect fruit and veg was great and good value. To top it up the vegan selections throughout the store were huge in all areas so another bonus.I'll go again an enjoyable visit and last ! Toilets.

Lovely big shop but could use more mother and child, and disabled spaces. These spaces are always being taken by people who neither have children or have a blue badge meaning people who do need those spaces are stuck and unable to park

Apart from 1 male member of staff, the others all make up rules and regulations as they go along. Same with excuses for poor service: 1 week so many extra customers, hence such slow service, next, so few customers can't justify staff presence, hence slow service, all at same time and day.
