Installed all the plumbing in our new build. Discovered there was a leak to the shower unit in one of the bedrooms where they had not fixed it to the tiles correctly and had leaked into the kitchen. This installation is still under warranty. Mark sent out an engineer who went to the wrong address, then attended, did not rectify the issue. When Mark was contacted again to resolve issue he did not pick up his phone knowing who was calling. I had to get another plumber in to resolve the leak. Would not recommend this Company at all.
