Today I had a filling done by Afia who was assisted by Kerry. I can honestly say that it was the best dentist experience that I have ever had. Afia took her time, was attentive and was very gentle.In addition, Stacey and Carrie, the reception staff, are always very pleasant.I highly recommend this dental practice.

Got a same day emergency appointment at short notice. The dentist I see was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. Did the work I needed there and then. The practise is very clean and modern. They were all nice staff from receptionist to the assistants.Thank you for your help.

I always find the staff at London Road Dental Practice to be friendly, informative and highly professional. Every treatment I have received there has been entirely pain free. My recommendation to my wife gave her sufficient reassurance to use the practice for her first dental appointment in nearly twenty-five years and she now continues to attend regularly. I had an emergency appointment today at London Road Dental Practice after trying three other dental surgeries in Sittingbourne with no luck. I recently moved to the area and was not registered with any dental practice. My appointment was with Dr. Richard Etok, and he was very efficient. I'm already on medication and feeling much better. It was a great relief. So, thank you very much!

The listened to me and understood my problem. Came up with a plan and carried it out efficiently. Warned me if they were going to hit a nerve so I could compose myself, They had appointments available in an acceptable time frame, not delayed for weeks, They were on time for the appointment so I was not hanging around in a crowded waiting room for ages, this is something other medical practitioners could learn from.

This Dental practice is very good and excellent staff, they have all tried to help my husband as much as possible, unfortunately he can no longer cope with the few stairs into the downstairs surgery, which means we have had to leave, having been lucky enough to get a space with the new dentist on Sheppey.Thank you all once again for all your help and kindness.Mrs J P Baker

I have a pretty extreme phobia of the dentist due to a variety of horrific experiences in the past. I haven't been able to find a truly understanding dentist until today, from the staff on reception, the dental nurse to the dentist themselves the level of compassion was incredible. I think, after over 20 years searching, I have finally found my dentist. Thank you London Road Dental Practice
