We visited here. Tracey managed to find us a seat as it was really busy and lots of reservations. She was very helpful. Maria served our drinks very promptly and nothing was too much of a bother for her. Both helpful. I come here quite often I'd recommend

Brilliant! Mixed grill was cooked to an exceptional standard. Always a wait to get a carvery BUT it is definitely worth the wait, just for there Yorkie puds alone and even there chocolate eclair... It's Huge!. Good quality food cooked right. Staff are a credit. Very attentive, tend to your needs. High customer service level. We love going here. Reasonable prices for food and drink, family friendly atmosphere, nice and quiet. Dogs allowed. Beer garden is great out the back and the family area is spot on for the kids. Love it here

We have eaten here for breakfast a few times and also carveries on the evenings on some days. We often see Tracey and Maria who regular serve us and always incredibly friendly and chatty, we again again served by them today and again very lovely. All the staff we speak to are lovely, and accommodating. The breakfasts are lovely, plenty to choose from and unlimited tea / coffee if you choose to add this on. There is usually plenty of to if seating at breakfast time. But would usually need to boom for carvery depending on the day. Definitely recommend a visit. And if you have room for more, the cakes they do are always a winner!

Came in for carvery with family at 6pm. We were greeted on arrival and quickly shown to our table. Ordering was explained to us as this was our first visit and we were very quickly served. One of the chefs ( didn't catch his name, very tall) helped serve on the bar which was really nice to see to help get the queue down and was very polite.The carvery was hot and lots of choices of vegetablrs and the staff serving the carvery were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help.All the staff we saw were lovely and really helpful and the service was really good.We will all be back again

Haven't been for a while as service is always dire, but came this morning for breakfast. Breakfast was nice but wanted to give a shout out to a lady called Maria, clearly English isn't her first language, but this lovely lady went above and beyond for the customers, she was well mannered and courteous, checking if we needed anything, so please give her a shout out as customer service is hard enough without having to struggle with understanding people.Breath of fresh air compared to the other staff

Worst pint of Guinness I have ever had. Not poured properly and tasted off. Place is generally kept quite clean however which is a bonus

Came here for the first time the other day, as a one off since we were walking buy. The staff a pretty friendly. We had an ice cream which was very very nice caramel biscuit"
