The boba was very nice, staff was very nice too, but it seems they gave me a broken cup, it was leaking in my hand the second i picked it up, which means it was also leaking when she was making it but she didn't bother changing the cup probably to save money, i couldnt initially figure out where it was leaking from then i seen a crack on the side of the cup, this was after i walked away with it and now my joggers are stained and majority of the cup dripped out onto the street and my joggers. This is a horrible experience never had such bad experience at other branches, if you know the cup is leaking why not change it before giving it to the customer. I am very disappointed.

The guys an girls are super lovely except the English girl she is very sarcastic and when orders were coming through she wasn’t happy she has a bad attitude and needs to be told!

Best drinks with great vegan options and good with food intolerances if you ask staff. Only problems I've had is with English girl serving quite abrupt - mannerisms were noticed twice now on two different occasions. Other than this, rest of staff give fantastic service and are very accommodating even on busy days :)

We had some boba here and it was disappointed.I had salty taro with boba topping, I barely taste the taro flavor, and I asked for no ice, my drink still came with some ice in it.But the salty cream on the top was creamy and tasty.Except the Special" drink on the menu

Mooboo Bolton - The Best Bubble Tea
I have highly expected for milk tea, which didn't disappoint me. You always keep a high standard, and still brown sugar milk tea is my favourite! The shop has a chill and casual vibe. It's really nice to get a drink, chit-chat. They have a variety of choices. I have to queue, but the staffs are super nice. Even though there is a long line, the drink is prepared in 15 minutes. Highly recommended!
