I have used this company for several orders now. I have found that the interactions I have with both Jules and Lewis are knowledgeable and professional (with good humour).Their flexibility in achieving my requirements is really appreciated in today's world of rigid structure.The quality, price and lead-times on items are why I am happy to use them time after time.

This company have to be the most incompetent shirt company with Jules having a disgustingly rude attitude towards its customers. Jules finds it acceptable to laugh and mock customers, their orders & their business as soon as there is a complaint about the poor work done with the screenprint being totally misaligned or colours used that we didn't even ask for or proof.The invoice inside the box on arrival has the incorrect colour details to those I proofed and even more alarming is they were also different to what was printed on the shirts! The shirts and the invoice received were not the same as what I proofed. Upon calling and speaking to Jules as soon as they arrived he immediately offered a refund without even asking to see an image ! In fact he still hasn't asked to see them?!When no refund was given as stated we got plenty of reasons such as staff away abroad having holidays for the refund not be made.Instead of the customer is always right attitude and investigating the poor work of his staff. Jules insist his 18 staff members are worth more than the cost of my order!Also Be aware this company will go agaisnt copyright laws and use your material on their public social platforms without seeking any permissions.Delivery service is also poor, taken longer than they advised and then initially arrived elsewhere and was told we wouldn't get it until the next day.You get what you pay for.. go for the cheap option get a cheap service! SIMPLE!

Jules was very helpful and made the ordering process super easy. We ordered 36 sweatshirts and the quality of the sweats, and of our embroidered logo is amazing, and all at a very competitive price. Couldn't recommend A4 more, and will definitely be back to order when we're low in stock!

I ordered some personalised t shirts for a friends hen do. Lewis was very helpful and made the ordering process super easy. The design was delivered exactly as we wanted and the the quality of the t shifts was amazing. It was all done at a very competitive price. I couldn’t recommend A4 more and will definitely be back in the future!

We ordered some new printed uniform for our business. All arrived yesterday (earlier than stated). The clothing is great quality and all fits perfectly. I dealt with Jules who was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using again in the future!

Excellent service! Excellent communication! Answered every question, offered helpful suggestions and met a tight deadline. Ordered around a 100 tees. All arrived well packaged without creases which was great because they were being worn the next day.
