Excellent classes with a good mix of learning valuable skills and having fun. All teachers are dedicated and very kind/caring individuals. Which in my opinion is the most important factor in a good sports class, a good coach/teacher makes a massive difference.

My son who is often quite anxious in new places and with new people and who was quite subdued after the first lockdown, started attending to gain purpose, build his self esteem and fitness. He was made to feel comfortable and welcome and wasn't even remotely worried about leaving me even very early on, which is rare! Since he started attending he has grown in confidence, is happier, feels safe in more situations, is much fitter and has lost some lock down puppy fat. He is coming on leaps and bounds and thoroughly enjoys going. Thanks James and the team.

KMA has been a fantastic opportunity for our son. He loves the classes, has grown in confidence and skills and enjoys the social aspects too. The talented Team at Kernow Martial Arts Academy have an excellent reputation in our industry and work hard every single day to make the experience of their students the best it can possibly be. Cornwall is very lucky to have such a talented and experienced group. Everytime I have visited their academy the have been very welcoming and friendly and I would recommend them for martial arts, life skills and fitness training for children and adults.
