I ordered a lot of wigs for a performance, that weren't going to arrive in time. The team were really communicative in letting know early, trying to meet my timelines and suggesting alternatives. It didn't quite work out this time and they were happy to refund me, no arguments. I will definitely be ordering again for a future need. Lots of great stuff online

I came in today looking for angel wings and the lady working (didn’t catch her name) was so welcoming and helpful definitely will be using them again all down to my experience with her today!! A must for any fancy dress occasion 1000% better than anything you’ll get off Amazon! Highly recommend!

Absolutely AMAZING shop. Has everything you could possibly think of for every occasion. By far the best fancy dress shop around....service was friendly and greeted with a smile. Extremely helpful.

Awful experience! Visited to get a costume which I had seen online, after showing the member of staff what I wanted he proceeded to show me a completely different sexy lingerie item which I found extremely rude…. After the item didn’t fit and then due to illness I did not need the item so returned 2 days later with the item still in original packaging, Women serving was rude and unhelpful, refused a refund and smelt the garment 6 times before proceeding to question me if I had washed it, despite the fact that the creases were still present from the packaging and it had clearly not been worn. After being given a credit I have since checked the website which does not state anywhere that a refund would be refused!!! DO NOT USE!!

Good store, reasonable prices. Just a little overcrowded at times. And stock scattered around everywhere. Store just needs to be a little more organized.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Awful experience! Staff are extremely rude. Granted it was busy but that's no excuse for the way the staff talk to people. One customer enquired about returning if a costume didn't fit. The man told her he would size her and when she said I don't know if it will fit, he replied don't buy it then because you can't return it. Snapping at customers for touching the stock. Terrible staff.

Bought a halloween witch. Got it home. hung it and the cord pulled out of the head and pulled the hat off. Phoned up it was fine when it left here nothing I can do" attitude on the phone. poor customer service
