Ducati (Wolverhampton)

Bought a few bikes of Ducati Wolverhampton & been on a few track days with them too. They have always looked after me very well & I've always had good service. It's a nice set up & the shop is great. Nice people!

Been lusting over an 1199 for a while saw a good clean example and Nathan at the dealership made the whole process very simple. Could not have been any easier and hassle free. Cheers Nathan.

Reading some of these reviews, I had to double check they were talking about the same dealership! Got the bike at a good price, but the after sales service was atrocious. Didn't call me to say my bike was being delivered on the day, so when I called to chase it up, they said it was on route to my house, having given me no prior warning. Unfortunately I was too far away to get home on time to receive my new bike, but luckily my partner was. It was only going through my paperwork, I discovered they'd not given me the V5c as the new keeper, so had to chase this up. When I called because I hadn't received my data tag paperwork, I was told that it could take 2 months. Doubting this, I contacted data tag direct (they even replied over the weekend) and was told that the bike had never been registered with them, meaning I had to go through the process of registering it myself. All in all, a poor experience that left a sour taste in my mouth. I will definitely not deal with these people again. A real shame, as it's my first big bike and ducati. Needless to say, I've passed on my bad experience with ducati head office so they are aware that they are being poorly represented.

After a short conversation with Nathan a week last Thursday I had agreed a price for one of their bikes, a trade-in price for mine and finance. I rode down on my bike last Tuesday to the showroom and in a matter of an hour was able to ride my new bike away. I would like to say that the service I received in respect of efficiency and courtesy was the best I have ever received when purchasing either a car or motorbike and would fully recommend Ducati Wolverhampton to anybody! Thanks guys its been a pleasure, even down to the follow-up courtesy call I received.

Ducati Wolverhampton are by far the best Ducati dealership I have ever dealt with (and I have been in a few). I have bought four new bikes from them over the years and I have also traded a couple back in. I have all my services carried out there and I have also been on a couple of very well run track days that they have organised. They have never let me down, always friendly and helpful. Great place to go and view the bikes and clothing. I just wouldn't go anywhere else.

The professional manner of this company is so good I travel from Kent to use their services. Great prices, awesome service and a cup of tea thrown in too. The knowledge within this dealership is outstanding and I can't recommend them high enough. Knock spots of my local dealers in Kent. Thank you.

I have been using This dealership from when they first open in 2005 & in that time I have bought 6 bikes and all services have been performed on time at the agreed price.I found them to be helpful, knowledgeable & above all honest.

buying a bike from here was a pleasure, the salesman was not out to sell me overpriced extra's like tyre insurance or paint treatments, the parts man phones you when you're parts arrive and the bike was serviced on time and at the price quoted, qualities some of the larger dealerships owned by car dealers should take note of!

I have been a customer with them for many years and had numerous Ducatis from them over this time, and experienced nothing but first class service from friendly experienced people so passionate about Ducati.
