Great atmosphere and great gym run by top people

Best gym I’ve ever been to in my life. Been to the gym since I was 13 or 14 and now I’m 22. Best staff and are so friendly. They’re definitely talkative. I highly recommend this gym. Had some problems which is damaged stuff and is being repaired. The place is clean but not just me but everyone needs the fan every day during the summer season and whenever it’s a hot day. It sometimes can be a hot day on early September. They do mass gainer and deluxe protein powders. The deluxe one is for weight loss and the mass gainer is for weight and muscle gain for those that want to keep some of their meat and look like the Incredible Hulk or Bane from the Batman films and games. You get what you pay for, here you get a run down, dilapidated, and dirty gym environment with flaking damp walls, cracked mirrors, many broken lights, dangling wires and areas piled high with dust. As all equipment is old it breaks regularly and is usually repaired roughly (duct tape repairs hold seats in place).No paper towels for wiping down or drinking water available in the gym. The dank and smelly changing rooms have no lockers, the urinals have been taped closed for years, the toilet cubicles are disgusting, the basins hang off the flaky wall, no hot water or hand soap is ever provided, and the only shower is disgusting and unuseable.Not the kind of environment you's associate with fitness" but

I haven't used the gym to be honest, however, I wanted to find a way to say thank you to the two fantastic guys from phoenix who were kind enough to push my car so I could jump start it after the battery went flat yesterday. Me and my daughter really appreciated it. Thank you so much, Lisa.

Started a month ago. friendly staff, plenty of variety to accommodate all. Place is a little run down however I go to workout not admire the view.

Haven't been here in ages and went in sunday and still has that good vibe it always has 100% will be going back
