have used L&S so many times, Grab trucks and skips. Drivers are always really helpful, polite and know how to drive (as in they stick to the tarmac).The booking team are always super helpful and make sure you get the right product ..

Be careful, they have broken GDPR by keeping the last 3 digits of my payment card details, and additionally taken too much payment without authorization. I will be making a formal complaint about them and reporting them for fraudulent removal of funds from my account.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had a phone call to see if i wanted the skip the day before as the driver was going to be coming past on the way back to the depot, also picked up a day early after a phone call from LS to see if it was possible. Would definitely use again, what a brilliant company. Thank you!

Hi Just received my Concrete, the 2 x Bens manning the pump were exceptional in helping me with the pour, there were meticulous in cleaning up afterwards, and you wouldn't know I'd had 5.5m3 of concreate delivered. The Office staff who liaised with me in the purchase and the continuous communication to ensure we were good to go and bumping my time slot up the list.. Well done Team L&S

Unfortunately their website mislead us in to ordering the wrong product. We thought we were ordering a skip that was six foot high as in the picture. The skip that was delivered was not even four foot high, considerably smaller than what we thought we were getting. As I needed to keep the skip to keep to a project timeline I asked if we could have some sort of reimbursement, as we were technically mis-sold a product. L and S waste said they could not do this and if we didn’t want the skip they would just come and collect it. Please update your website so others don’t fall foul of this

Cannot thank the whole L & S Waste Management team enough. We filled a skip far quicker than anticipated and in order to move the project along in our tight deadlines we needed another skip delivered as soon as possible. The team were incredibly helpful and responsive to dealing with our requests by taking away the full skip and replacing the new skip well within our timeline. Thank you so much! I've used companies before to pump concrete into foundations, usually they're messy, unhelpful, fill the trenches and leave you to tidy up. L&S were faultless, from booking right through until they finished hosing down my drive. If you are looking for concrete, your search is over! Will try them for other services too throughout my build.

I am not a builder. So I really had no idea what I was doing with concrete pouring - but L&S made the process simple and easy. Their lorries are able to mix concrete on demand, so you can use as much as you need which was great for me as I had under-estimated by about 25%. The driver was extremely helpful, as were the booking and backroom staff. If you want quality concrete mixed for your project, then you should really consider L&S as your first port of call.
