Absolutely brilliant service keeps you upto speed and treats you the way customers should be treated. Aaron wasn’t my first choice, but after 12 weeks with another agent and no viewings. Aaron came on board 3 viewings and a sale within two weeks excellent, even though it took time due to others in the chain, he kept me positive and did his absolute best

Aaron and his team have been fantastic in the sale of my property.After approaching a few well known estate agencies and being given what I thought were a very mixed bag of valuations I approached Aaron after seeing his online presence.He talked me through how he came to the valuation, the process etc and was super helpful throughout. Aaron and Sarah Tonks are just the nicest, caring, hard working couple. They are available 7 days a week and there’s no finishing work at 5.30 with these guys - they answer phone calls and emails at all hours. It really feels like good friends are selling your house and nothing is too much trouble. We have moved home several times during our married life but we have never ever experienced such incredible service before - these guys have certainly broken the mould with their expertise as estate agents! Having had terrible experiences and failed sales with high street agents it was time for a whole new approach.Marketing of the house was excellent and very different to the approaches previously taken. House sold quickly and the sale process was seamless with good communication throughout.Highly recommend and would absolutely use them again.

Despite giving Aaron and Sarah a tight time scale, House was photographed, listed and sold within days. Lots of delays with our buyer unfortunately but they were a great help trying to push things along for us, thanks for all the help finally getting us over the line and ready for our new house.
