Tesco Superstore

This new Tesco superstore on Blackpool rd is very impressive some old Morrisons staff back friendly as ever Steve Deran Burnie and Farra but to name a few food fresh self pay cafe which is good Tesco mobile shop yes very impressed .a club card is a must the discounts with this card are at least 50 p off If not more.

The Cafe -Machines were so faulty had to use 3 different ones to order - ordered Eat In but receipt showed Take Away - asked for NO relish and after the comment “I’ll do this one but tell others no substitutes we can’t do that” to her colleague, the chef STILL put relish on the burger. We visit other Tesco Cafe’s and they are much more accommodating with this. Don’t understand how “we can’t” NOT put sauce on a burger but ok. Unavailable dessert I ordered and paid for - decided on a carrot cake instead that cost 15p less, not a lot lost obviously but overall bad service and cold food! Really hope this improves as I know it’s not long been open.

It didn't feel like a welcoming atmosphere, lights was out in all fridges , the fresh stock was short dated, might be just teething problems, but didn't feel like a place to rush back to.

Great store..not got old morrisons hot counter..etc ..but in saying that how many times morrisons didn't have anything ready...tesco done a good job..dont forget cafe only takes card pay at display order stands.

Great place on it's first day

Tesco's new superstore is now open, Great experiences and good prices make shopping there even better, discovering new products or deals can be quite enjoyable

Did a little bit of shopping today and got to the till and Allison served me and she was very nice and had a friendly chat, shop is very good and has a lot of varieties

About time Preston got a Tesco. Miles better than the Morrisons it replaced
