I usually dread going to a new hairdressers as worry about will they cut my fringe too short, will I end up looking like my hair is to set with no movement. I felt Frazer understood what I wanted to achieve with my colour and hair. He was great, listened and offered advice and the end result was great colour and cut. I feel as if i've known him for a long time. He is a lovely man who truly is a creative artist and I left the salon very happy and Frazer is now my new hairdresser. I will be booking an appt for my son who is a musician and knows exactly how he likes his hair to look. The whole experience at the salon was totally relaxing and Beth who assisted Frazer was lovely too. Thank you Frazer & team see you in a few weeks. Carlene

I was really delighted with the service from Kerry today. She was knowledgeable and talked me through the best option for my type of hair and style that would suit me best. Kerry and the rest of the team were really friendly and made sure I was looked after well. I have already booked my next appointment with her.

It was my first visit to the Jesmond salon yesterday and I was so impressed. Such a professional friendly service and most importantly I love my hair ! Hayley listened to exactly what I wanted and did that but even better . My hair is not easy - thick, curly and a nightmare to dry - but I left with the smoothest sleekest shiniest blow dry . Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. I was really nervous as it was my first time away from my usual hairdresser, but everyone was so friendly and polite. Holly gave me a lovely head massage when she was washing my hair, and Hayley has given me the best haircut I’ve ever had. She really listened to what I wanted and then made it happen. My hair feels amazing and I’ve had lots of positive comments about it. I will 100% be back. Thank you

Leoni and the team are so welcoming and professional. She really listens to you and has done a very nice job cutting and colouring. Also, Grace’s head massages are amazing! Couldn’t recommend them more.

First time at the Jesmond Branch and was lovely to have a very warm welcoming. Beautiful salon and very friendly staff. I always look forward to my appointments with Fraser as we have a great catch up and I feel so relaxed. They even looked after my husband who sat patiently waiting for me for 2 hrs with coffee and biscuits.
